As a teacher of presence life coach, I work with people to help them be in the present moment more often — instead of being ruled by their thoughts and emotions. This has an array of benefits, as it helps clients approach whatever they’re dealing with in life from a place that’s less anxious and stressed — and more calm and connected with their deeper selves. From this place, a path often manifests to help clients clarify how to proceed in their lives to improve their well being.
HOW LIFE COACHING WORKS
I support people in improving their mental, physical and emotional health. In our work together, a large part of my role is to listen, ask questions, share pertinent experiences, and make space for you to figure out what you need. Essentially, I’m here to support you in getting under the surface and digging into any thoughts, beliefs, emotions or life situations that are challenging and need attention. I can also help you form a sustainable plan — and clarify goals — as needed.
Our work together is flexible, and customized to meet you where you’re at. That said, every one of my clients can depend on being in a safe space that’s completely confidential — and free of judgment.
The foundation of my work stems from practices like mindfulness, meditation and self-care. Relationships, including the relationship we have with ourselves, is also an integral part of my work.

A teacher of presence looks at life coaching through the lens of helping you be in the moment and out of your head. Through practicing presence, also referred to as mindfulness or consciousness, you will strengthen your ability to handle challenging circumstances, thoughts and emotions in more manageable ways.
